You can take the Vitamin E, fish oil supplements , calcium tablets and vitamins around the same time but since you are taking thyronorm (Levothyroxine - usually taken empty stomach) kindly take the rest of the medications either 4 hours before or 4 hours after consuming thyronorm.

Also make sure not to take iron supplements along with calcium tablets and space them carefully as Iron tablets decrease calcium absorption in the stomach. So take calcium in the night and iron in the morning or vice versa but make sure you have a good meal while taking iron tablets as it can cause gastritis.
