Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:

Hi ,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query dear.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concerns.

Most likely you are having urinary tract infection. The vast majority of UTI cases are caused by the bacterium Escherichia coli , usually found in the digestive system. Chlamydia and Mycoplasma bacteria can infect the urethra but not the bladder.Medically uti means an infection in any part of the urinary system, the kidneys, bladder or urethra.Urinary tract infections typically occur when bacteria enter the urinary tract through the urethra and begin to multiply in the bladder.

Some symptoms of UTI are-
A burning sensation when urinating,Passing frequent, small amounts of urine
Urine that appears cloudy.

I would suggest you to go for urine routine and microscopy test.
Antibiotic therapy with Nitrofurantoin 100mg twice daily should be started by Tylenol twice daily( to suppress inflammation).
Drink 3-4 litres of water daily.
Avoid drinks that may irritate your bladder. Avoid coffee, alcohol, and soft drinks containing citrus juices or caffeine until your infection has cleared. They can irritate your bladder and tend to aggravate your frequent or urgent need to urinate.cranberry juice to prevent UTIs, but there's no proven evidence that cranberry juice works to treat or prevent infection. However you can use it.
Follow up with reports of urine.
Fever with chills is suggestive of bacterial infection.

Hope i answered your query well.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Fevel with chills is a indicator of ongoing infection in body.
Most common causes of fever with chills are-
Malaria
Typhoid
Urinary tract infection
Pus anywhere in body.

In your history you mentioned that your frequency of urination has increased.
Increased frequency and urgency are characterstic feature of uti.
However initially a urine investigation should be done as adviced.
If the fevel remains above 100 then go to the nearest emergency centre to get a shot of i.v paracetamol as pyrexia over 100 degree responds only to injectable therapy.

Thanks.
