Question: i am on meformin and i am out of them, rx isn't due to refill until Tuesday, what's my best course of action?

As you take metformin only, your diabetes is not very advanced. This means that you should be able to control it with diet.
I suggest you to limit products with high sugars levels and try to perform some physical activity after foods intake. If you find having too high glucose level, physical activity is always an option to lower it.
