Brief Answer:
This growth needs to be biopsied and examined in the laboratory!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed the attached image. This growth is much exuberant and requires to be examined in the lab. A surgeon needs to cut off a piece and get it evaluated to see whether it is a simple growth or requires more attention. Removing it without understanding the exact nature will not guarantee a proper treatment for this.

Besides, has he ever seen an oncologist or a dermatologist?

Let me hear back from you!
