How Can A Swollen Cut On The Left Foot Be Treated?
Question: I'm diabetic class 2, I have a cut on my left feet, my feet is swollen, I don't have any insurance right now...what can I DO to reduce the swollen and control the infection any home remedies.

Looks like the ulcerated wound is complicated with infection of the surrounded tissues and bone ( osteomyelitis) and it should be treated with intravenous antibiotics.
The doctor must do the debridement of the wound impossible to be done at home.
The diabetes should be under control because it delays the healing.
The situation is serious so please try to get as soon as possible medical treatment.
