Brief Answer:
Get the blood sugar tested

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I have checked the attached image. It is apparent that your child has a bacterial infection, possibly due to Streptococcus or Staphylococcus. Usually topical antibiotics like T-Bact suffice but since it is recurring, it would be a good idea to get his blood sugar checked and rule out childhood diabetes as a possible cause. I would insist you to get it done. Further, it would be a good idea to talk to his doctor for a course of oral antibiotics.

Let me know if I could help further.

Dear Doctor,

Thank you for the advice. Hope you remember that he had gastritis few weeks back. I contacted you regarding this. Hence Doctor is telling not to use oral antibiotics. Is it serious condition. Please suggest.

Brief Answer:
I would insist on a course of oral antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
I understand the issue of gastritis but if systemic antibiotics are needed, they need to be given and that can either be oral or through intravenous route. In spite of the gastritis I would still suggest giving oral antibiotics. It is not a serious condition but needs to be treated.
