Question: Should I take protiene suppliments (like protine powder those ar eavailable at market) for muscle building ? How can I build muscle without taking those expensive suppliments. ? Please suggest. Thanks in advance..

With only diet supplement we can't build our muscle, it will be stored in body as fat.

First need to select appropriate exercise which is suitable and feasible for you. Need to do work out for most of the muscles in arm and leg.

Appropriate diet means need to consider your calorie intake required and extra 300 calories need to be taken and it should be slowly increased over a period depending on your exercise.

Diet should contain good quality of protein, means all essential amino acids should be present. Proteins of animal origin is of good quality. if you can consume animal origin food.

Food should be taken based on composition of 40:40:20 that is carbohydrate : proteins : fat . in your diet.

Protein powder supplement is not necessary. you can increase your muscle mass by taking good quality food.
