Brief Answer:
Papaya and orange juice

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have gone through your reports.

You can treat mild hepatomegaly by eating papaya.

Extract juice from papaya seeds by grinding and squeezing them and mix one tablespoon of this juice with ten drops of lemon juice.

Consume this mixture once or twice a day for at least one month.

You can treat mild splenomegaly by drinking orange juice.

I will advise you to drink orange juice in empty stomach for a week.

Brief Answer:
Fresh or frozen fruits

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Such patients should eat the best possible foods that will give them vitamins and minerals they need such as fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables.

It is advised to wash all this before eating.

They should try to avoid fast foods, those with preservatives, and pre packaged foods. These tend to be high in sodium, which is harder on the liver patient now.

Try to use good oils, like olive oil or canola oils. Try to bake, broil, or boil foods instead of frying them.

Remove the skins from poultry after you cook it. Choose lean cuts of meat. Fish is fine but avoid all shellfish.

You can drink some soda, but it is best if you stick with water, fruit juice, milk, and other drinks.

Brief Answer:
Intravenous hydration

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Pancreatitis is treated by restricting food intake and giving intravenous fluid through veins.

In order for the pancreas to heal it needs to rest, and the best way to rest the pancreas is to not eat.

If the patient has nausea and vomiting a nasogastric tube can be inserted through the nose, down the back of the throat, through the esophagus and into the stomach to provide symptomatic relief.

Foods such as leafy greens and sea vegetables can be given to such patients.

Colorful fruits and vegetables, such as berries, citrus fruits, tomatoes, bell peppers and squash, are rich sources of antioxidants and can also be taken.

Fatty fish, such as salmon and albacore tuna, provide omega-3 fatty acids, reduce inflammation in the digestive tract during pancreatitis and could also be eaten.
