Brief Answer:
Get yourself clinically examined and investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query. After reading your post, it seems that you might be having a soft tissue injury. You can take a painkiller like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid for relief from your symptoms. It usually takes few days for complete recovery.
If your symptoms persists get yourself clinically examined and investigated. A CT scan of head will be helpful to rule out any internal injury. You should seek immediate medical care if any of the following symptoms are seen-persistent headache, giddiness, vomiting, ear or nasal bleed, disorientation.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
