Question: Hi there doctor. I am on here because I do not have a family doctor and I would like you opinion on whats happening to me. After I wake up. I get out of bed, walk into the kitchen and feel very nauseous. I look around and its like an out of body feeling. I feel sick. I truly feel like im going to die when this happens. Its been occuring for over a year now. I am frightened for my life. I feel that i need to get an MRI asap. What is your thoughts? Thankyou

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Recurrent such episodes in morning maybe due to anxiety, vertigo or poor quality sleep.
Is there any complain of decreased sleep, stress, headache, vomiting, loss of consciousness?
Is your blood pressure normal?
Any other medical illness or medications being taken.

I would suggest to take clonazepam or etizolam in morning.

Hi Doctor,

Thankyou for your message. I sleep very well. Normal blood pressure i believe. I do sometimes have anxiety. I use medical marijuana for this. I also am Anemic. This has been going on for quite some time and I am almost certain it is related to my brain. perhaps a tumor or something.... Where should I go from here? I do not want to start taking pharmaceuticals .

Kind regards,
