Can HIV Be Contracted Through Unprotected Oral Sex?
Question: Hi
I met a call girl on 23 april 2016. we had a voral sex for about 1 min without condom and then we had sex with 3 condoms for safer side. after having sex , we have taken a break of about 20-30 min and had again sex. this time she has used the already used condom.Not XXXXXXX exactly which condom she has used but I suspect she has used the same one which she is having vaginal contact earlier.
On 24 april 2016 , I have realised this incident and started fearing and tensed. I am feeling loss of energy and lethargic and loss of apatite.My legs are feeling cool and I feel drowsiness. I feel little seating in the nights and I lost sleep with this tension.I have given blood samples on 25 april 2016 for rapid and western blot test for confirmation
My questions are
1. Am I infected with HIV?
2. Will oral sex without condom and using already used condom after some time will infect HIV?

Oral sex carries a low risk for HIV infection. All your symptoms are due to your anxiety and not related to HIV. Earliest manifestations of HIV can occur only after 4 weeks of infection. So your symptoms are not related to HIV.
Rapid HIV test and Western blot test are reliable only after the window period (6-8 weeks), not earlier.
Re-using of condoms amounts to unprotected sex.
All the call girls are not necessarily have HIV infection. Only the HIV test can tell the status.

On the same day after meeting with the call girl, I had sex with my my GF without condom? what are the chances of HIV Infection to her If I am infected to HIV on the same day?
Further, If I am diagnosed HIV Positive after 4 weeks,are there any advaced medications avaialable in Bangalore? If yes, Pls let me know the doctors/clinic ?

After the entry of organisms, HIV takes 72 hours to get established in the body. So it will become infectious to the partner only after 72 hours.
It is better to avoid sexual contact till you get clear about your HIV status.
HIV is now a well manageable disease. Medicines are available in all big Government hospitals at free of cost. You can meet Dr GD Ravindran, ? St. John's hospital. He is an expert HIV Physician in case if you have any problem. The people with HIV can live long as others without HIV.
