What Does "2+ Color Of Urine Was Yellow" Indicate?

Question: Hi, I just received my annual blood results and UA. Everything is normal except my blood occult says 2+. Color of urine was "yellow". Any need for concern?

Thank you Dr. Poola, i drink alot of coffee and diet drinks. Very little water, if any. Could dehydration be the culprit, possibly? Thank you.
