Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
You might be suffering from Acute Dyspepsia and Constipation.
Only thing that is troubling my mind is Pain in left side of abdomen. However one can have that in this problem.
I advise you following:
1. To take a combination of Pantoprazole and Levosulpride once a day.
2. To take soft and bland diet.
3. Don't consume alcohol in case you do.
This should help you within 5 days.
If no relief then an Ultrasound of Abdomen would be required.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Detailed Answer:
You are right. I am worried for pancreas too. But usually pancreatic pain is very severe and is continuous.
However , you should start on the combination as advised. If your Pain persists after 5 days of treatment or even gets worse, an Ultrasound would be required
If this is due to Acid Dyspepsia this will settle with this medicine.
If you have any further query please ask me.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Burning and bubbling sensation pain goes in favor of Acid Dyspepsia. I am very hopeful that the combination would help you.
Revert back to me after 5 days of taking the medicine. Further course of action would be based on that.
If you have any further query please ask me.
