Brief Answer:
You might have a persistently retracted foreskin and it is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in.

I have read through your query in detail.
It is understood that you do not have foreskin covering your penis head especially when it is erect or ?normal (flaccid). Please correct me if I am wrong.

The foreskin is a loose piece of skin and is retractable in most men. When erect, the penis gets excited and the foreskin gets completely retracted in most men and this allows penetration and participation in sexual intercourse. This is normal and there is nothing to worry. However, it will help to ask your parents if you had any surgical procedure like circumcision during childhood that can explain the complete absence of foreskin even when the penis is ?normal or non erect state.

In many men the foreskin might remain completely retracted even during normal state. This can be due to persistently retracted foreskin and is not considered a problem and is acceptable. Please do not worry.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek

Brief Answer:
Please find details below

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

Penis size matters when erect. The average adult penis size is 5.2 to 5.5 inches when erect. The appearance of penis does not matter in non erect state. Please do not worry about penis appearing childish in non erect state as long your erect length is more than 5.2 inches from base to tip.

Most people find their penis to be small due to anxiety. The urologist is a specialist doctor who can examine you clinically if you still have persisting doubts about the appearance of penis.

Hope your query is answered.
