Hello! I have a deep cough accompanied by a tight chest feeling. Have coughed up green mucous. Runny nose.

Possibility of bronchitis is more likely.

I can understand your concern.
Chest tightness, coughing, green mucus expectoration etc are common symptoms of bronchitis and lung infection.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
Chest x ray is needed to rule out lung infection.
PFT is must for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
You may need antibiotic, inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone).
