Brief Answer:
You need Ultrasound Abdomen.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend, I have evaluated your reports.
Following are the major issues:
1. High Cholesterol- For this you need to do regular exercises, avoid fatty food and alcohol in case you take.
2. Deranged liver functions- this can occur due to fatty liver disease as a result of alcohol consumption or non alcoholic fatty liver disease. You should get an Ultrasound Abdomen done to see for status of liver. Stop alcohol in case you take.
3. Low TSH levels- this is significant if you are on thyroid medications. If not then just get it repeated after 3 months.
4. Low Vitamin D - For this you may take Vitamin D supplement like Capsule Uprise D3 once a week for 3 months and then once a month of 1 year.
This is the summary of your reports.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.

Thanks Doctor for the advice.

1. High Cholesterol- I already take all precautions to avoid junk foods, Red meat, fats and already use saffola oil for cooking foods. I am a non-drinker.

Still my Triglyceride levels are high. Kindly suggest.
Also, as you said exercise - please elaborate the exercise types.

My weight is 67 kg and height 5.10.
Which oils should be used for cooking?

2. Deranged liver functions- Ok, will get the Ultrasound of Abdomen done. Is it due to intake of Atorlip (Statin)? I heard that statins causes irregular liver function.

Also, is there any food which I need to avoid?

3. Low TSH levels- As I said, I am diagnosed HypoThyroid since last 1.5 yrs and taking Thyroxin/Eltroxin. My TSH was within range since last 6 months. Do I need to reduce the dose from 125 mcg to 100 mcg? My weight is 67 kg and height 5.10.

4. Low Vitamin D - I have already started Calcirol since yesterday.

Please advice.

I dont get time for exercise regularly but I will try to be regular now.

Also, I dont get adequate sleep and sleep only for 6.5 hrs. Kindly advice steps to improve my sleep.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Jogging.

Detailed Answer:
Yes for thyroid - you need to reduce the dose to 100 mcg and get the repeat thyroid profile after 1 month.
Yes Atorlip can cause derangement in liver functions so you should better avoid taking it.
Do more of cardio exercises like jogging, cycling, cross trainer.
No oil is good for health. However whatever minimum oil is required should be Olive oil.
To improve sleeping, fix a time to sleep.
Avoid watching TV or getting engaged with cell phone or laptop before you sleep. Don't drink any coffee or colddrink after 7 pm.
Avoid to sleep in afternoon.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
