Headache, Fatigue. Is This A Viral Infection?
Question: hi had a headach monday and have been feeling very tired since i keep laying down which is not like me i dont seem to stop im 53 years old but im busy all the time could this be a virus XXXXXXX

It doesn't seem to be a viral infection as there is no fever and other features of viral infection.
Stress and anxiety can precipitate these symptoms. De-stress yourself, yoga and meditation will help you. Drink plenty of water.
Nothing to worry.
Take medications regularly.
Do visit your physician and get your drug dosage adjusted.
