Brief Answer:
hi and welcome to XXXXXXX
Detailed Answer:
the amount of ejaculated sperm varies and depends on several factors. Also it is usually decreasing with aging so it can be found in healthy people but It can be sign of abnormal ejaculate consistency which is found in prostate and epididimal infections. Also some other urinary infections, kidney stones, urethral strictures can lead to such difficulties as well. So you need to do semen analysis, prostate ultrasound and std testing to rule all these conditions out especially if you plan to have children. if sperm stay in urethra or ductus deferens it can lead to repeated uroinfections so don't ignore these signs and do tests I be recommended. Wish you good health. Feel free to ask
