You have disc prolapse at L45 and L5S1.

Usual caused by activities like travel and prolonged sitting.

Need to reduce the causative factors and work on preventive factors.
Regular stretching and exercise of back and abdominal muscles is important. Swimming a very good option. Check your Vit D3 level as well.
