Having Red Dots On Penis Head And Inside Foreskin With Itching And Burning Sensation. What Could Be The Cause?

Question: Hi I have some red dots on my penis head and inside foreskin. It appears some days (one or two days) and disappears on some days but red color seen under foreskin.
It is very itchy and burning sensation. What would be the cause of this? if need any details pls mail me.

Thanks for your query.

With little description it seems that probably you are having Candidal balanoposthitis.

Before reaching to some conclusion, I would like to ask few questions.
From how many days you have this problem?
Is there past history of such disease?
Do you have DM or any other diagnosed long term illnesses?
Did you contact any doctor?
Do you take any medicine?
Do you have sexual contact?

Please answer above questions..

Also if possible please do attach an image of the lesions you have on right side of this page.

Hi Doctor,

Im having this problem past 2 month...since it appears 6-10 times a month, i thought i can try myself by following good hygeine.
But still it is not cured. i dont have this disease before. I dont have any other long term illness.
I did not contact any doctor and i did not take any medicine.
I had 3 to 4 four times sexual contact with my wife. But during intercourse, both of us feels highly burning sensation and we coudn't made it.

Hi,
Thanks for writing back.

Now I am sure that you are having candidal balanoposthitis.

Apply clotrimazole or ecoconazole cream twice day on the affected part.
To prevent relapse, you should improve the immunity.
For that, take immunobusters. Levamisole, vitamin C, zinc tablets.
You should keep good hygiene.
Avoid soap bath.
Take sitz bath in dettol poured water tub, i.e. sit in tub for 5 to 10 min.
Have healthy food.
Take proper sleep.
Avoid stress.

Give antifungal cream and immunobuster to your wife also.
Avoid sex when you have disease.

After fully getting cure, you may undergo circumcision, minor surgery of removing prepuce. It will help by keeping the area dry.
