Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for your query,
You are having pain in neck which is commonly due to muscular spasm, cervical Spondylosis, any kind of trauma, but first we must know the cause of pain.
To comment on your problem please let me know;
1) Is pain on one side or both sides? Is it related to any particular movement of neck
2) Is there any history of trauma of any kind?
3) Have you done any X-ray? If yes, what is the report?
4) Are you taking any medicines along with physiotherapy?
5) What is your job? If desk job, do you take proper posture?
Once I get these details, I can comment in details.
Regards.

Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for your input,
I have gone through your answers and following are my comment:
1) You said some report was there in x XXXXXXX would require detail; you can scan and send as an attachment.
2) You have muscular pain during movements to left and right, you should continue physiotherapy in the form of SWD (Short wave Diathermy), Ultrasound locally along with neck muscle exercises daily.
3) Analgesic, muscle relaxants along with neurotropic vitamins which you can get prescription after consulting an Orthopedic Surgeon.
4) Please maintain correct posture in sitting job and if you use computer screen it must be at your eye level what we call ergonomic sitting, even during watching TV at home.
Hope this information is useful to you and if there is any doubts please ask me, I will be happy to clarify it.
Regards.
