Dear sir,

Thank you for posting your query on XXXXXXX

Ubidecarenone has active ingredients of coenzyme q - 10 which is a component of the electron transport chain in mitochondria and participates in aerobic cellular respiration, generating energy for the body . It is a health supplement and has find widespread role in many health problems like heart diseases , migraine, hypertension etc. Some trials have shown that it reducers blood pressure without any side effects.

L-carnitine tartrate has active ingredients of l - carnitine which has got some role in increasing bone mass and heart diseases. Basically it is an antioxidant and is helpful in maintaining overall body health.

You can take both of these for general well being as prescribed by your doctor but their effects take long time to show any benefits.

Hope it suffices .

Wish you good health .

Take care.
