Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

First of all, I would like to reassure you that your symptoms are not due to any serious XXXXXXX brain problem, as your MRI is normal.

The commonest cause of pain could be migraine. In this condition, headache may last for more than four hours, along with nausea or vomiting sensation. Pain may get aggravated by exposure to light or noise.

In some cases, it could also be due to muscle tension.

For symptom relief, you could take analgesics such as ibuprofen or diclofenac.

Please get back if you have any more queries.

Wishing you good health,
