hi and thanks for contacting XXXXXXX
Burps, gases and bad breath may indicate a reflux disease. This is usually due to a loss of normal antireflux mechanisms present at the junction of stomach and esophagus.
You may try a some lifestyle changes like
- Not lying down for 2 hours after a meal
- Multiple small meals rather than a large meal
- Having the head end of the bed elevated by 10cm
- Doing some diapraghmatic (pranayam) exercises
- Not taking alcohol, painkillers and not smoking
You can XXXXXXX your physician and get a prescription for a PPI and a prokinetics
