Having Infection After Intercourse. What Can This Be?
Question: Weird virus or some sort of infection after sexual encounter...doctors here cant figure it out or give me the time of day to explain whats happening.

Hey there about 8 months ago I had a sexual encounter and cannot figure out what's going on here are my symptoms that I am having.
Symptoms:
Mucous stool colored green, dark dark brown, very loose almost diarrhea and constipation
Stomach rash (pic 1 and 2)
Itchy pink blotches (pic 3 and 4)
Itchy red dots mostly around groin and abdomen (pic 4 and 5)
Itchy underwear line
Itchy eyes, red veins, teary looking, eyelids stick to the eyeball sometimes, eye discharge, itchy mostly in corners
Malaise
Night sweats
Fatigue
Weak ejaculation, meaning my ejaculation has decreased severely
Red sorta blistery dots on arms and other parts of the body (pic 5)
Need to drink water almost feel dehydrated with a dry mouth
Very dark strong smelly urine
Tip of penis will dry out and get red then look like tissue paper then peel, happened 3 times
Twitching muscles mostly in legs and buttocks but all over aswell
Skin looks rather dry (weird crinkly lines)
Digestive problems
Abdominal pain relieved with gas
Penis pain and groin and arm pit pain (sometimes)
Glands under jaw seems swollen at times and quivers
My family physician has more less giving up...my std tests came back negative except herpes 2 which I have not yet tested for...it is definetly from the encounter i just dont know what else it could be , I am starting to convince myself that it is hsv 2 bc this started 3 weeks after a Sexual encounter do you think the herpes virus could trigger these symptoms? When the symptoms are really bad they all flair up making me feel as if I have mono and wanna sleep..any input would be appreciated.
Meds tried:
Suprax, amoxicillin, cipro, bacterial eye drops, seen homeopathic doctor no help, tried oxy aloe cleanse, tried strict diet.
The last 3 pics were on my pelvis region, the stomach rash that i described above is very light but it is there..it's very frustrating with all the itchiness, and stomach pain and aches, and the decrease in semen, before the encounter I had a well hydrated high volume ejactulation that shot far and now it's very very small and just sorta drips out which concerns me...I drink plenty of water and have been eating normal. It's feels like a nightmare ..
If there is anything you want me to describe or explain more let me know..it's just so complex with many symptoms I don't know how to explain it correctly but to list my symptoms

I feel your concern.You really have so many problems like gastrointestinal, skin, urinary and ejaculatory to name a few.
You did not mentioned the status of your partner, with whom you had a sexual encounter.
Next thing is Why are we relating all these symptoms you have with that episode.
May be these are separate problems and by coincidence, started within a few days after the encounter.
Didn't you undergo any investigations for it, besides tests for STDs.
Do let me know your investigation reports.

The incident happened last fall, an older lady in her 40"s that I knew of only a few weeks offered to drive me home from the bar, but she didn't not take me home. She took me down a road and stopped, she was very forward and aggressive. I remember telling her to stop i remember her biting me and pulling my hair and was controlling. I was unprotected.
The day after she msgd me "I feel like I raped you last night" then mentioned that I gave her something from the encounter. About 4 days later my right testicle started to ache, I msgd her back asking what's going on and she replied that things lay dormant for years that its something from someone else, then said haha it's not HIV just take ur meds faithfully and wear a condom and u will be fine..she said she is teaching me a lesson not trust strangers.
About 3 weeks later I had weird stool felt like diarrhea but was very soft green and brown, I then started to develop itchy rashes on my stomach that would come and go. Another 2 weeks later I noticed more and more irregular bowel movements and abdominal pain, a red rash on penis tip, and my eyes began to get itchy with white stringy discharge. Then noticed more itchy rashes, I have been going to the doctors to get it looked at but they thought I was crazy...I now had bad abdominal and bladder pain especially after urinating. A month later i applied tea tree oil down there bc I thought perhaps it was a fungal infection. It was an icy burning feeling down there, then a weird irritated patch grew on my scrotum it looked like tissue paper. During this entire time I've felt really fatigue and un well especially when I took caneston or a cleansing. I've developed weird red dots everywhere, get itch panty line, weird red blotchy patches that come and go, swollen red taste buds at back of tongue, muscle twitches everywhere, and ejaculation has decreased severely. The doctors took blood work for stds except hsv 1 and 2 all negative, blood work for liver, platelets, etc. all normal, had endoscopy and the other one down my mouth all good, had a dermatologist say my stomach rash looks like viral exanthem. That's why I'm worried its herpes and why she had done such a thing.

Actually viral exanthems hardly remains constantly for so many months, as seen in your case.
After reading all your features, I can advice you to go to a lab for microscopy of skin scrapping, at this time.
To do a post-ejaculate urine analysis (PEUA), to exclude retrograde ejaculations,
If PEUA negative, proceed with a TRUS, which is a prostate sonogram to detect any pathology in seminal vesicle, VAS or prostate.
You must have by now visited an urologist for evaluation of low volume and/or low power ejaculations. If not, better to go for a consultation.
Get a gastroenterology consultation in addition.
If all the blood parameters, as said by you are all within normal range. I don't think there is any serious damage.
How many times you have been tested for HIV after the accidental encounter and at what time interval. Did you get to know her HIV status by now?
Don't worry very much, however do get yourself evaluated for serious organic disorders.

So far i have had a colonoscopy and endoscopy...all good
I have been tested for clamydia and gonorrea through urine...negative but treated with cipro and suprax
I have been tested hiv and syphillas through blood...negative
This testing was completed out side the "window" according to the hsv 1 and 2 serology done on thursday so it will be a week or so before i get results.
If my herpes testing for hsv 2 is negative then that will narrow out stds..however is it possible a systemic fungal problem could cause this?
Is it possible that muscle twitching and fatigue could be caused by ibs? Or some sorta electrolyte imbalance ?
My man concerns that bother me everyday r my itchy eyes..itchy panty line..and this faint stomach rash and muscle twitching...does anything come to mind that could cause these symptoms?

You may reconsult your dermatologists and adhere to his advices.
And the twitching if it is so much bothering for you, you can visit your neurologist, who can evaluate you after detailed examination. Do follow his advices.
