If you do not have any other medical condition, headache improves with improvement in depression, headache worsens with worsening of depression, then most probably it is due to depression.
Headache is a common symptom associated with depression.
Lorazepam has nothing to do with headache, directly, rather it helps in anxiety and sleep. Yes, when anxiety is persistent or severe it can give rise to headache.
