Brief Answer:
she may have a viral illness

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare illness

Viral illness are often associated with headache, nausea and vomiting.

There are different types of viral infections.
Based on the fact that she is also experiencing intermittent diarrhoea, it is likely that it is a gastrointestinal virus.

The main treatment for these types of viruses is fluid management, rest and pain medication.
The fluids are to prevent dehydration, it is best to use oral rehydration fluids/salts or gatorade. It is best to use small amounts at a time (initially 1 to 2 tbs every few minutes, if this is tolerated, it can be increased after an hour).
She may also want to buy an over the counter anti emetic to stop the nausea and any vomiting.

If the headache is severe and not responding to the pain medication you have given she may want to visit her doctor for assessment.
He or she will be able to give her stronger prescription medication and will be able to examine her.

IF there are any other possible causes for the headache such as head trauma, migraines or any other brain symptoms such as neck stiffness/blurred vision/confusion, she should visit her doctor for an assessment.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any additional questions

Brief Answer:
pregnancy can cause nausea and headaches

Detailed Answer:

Pregnancy can cause nausea and is sometimes associated with increased headaches.
Some women may experience migraines for the first time.

Pregnancy test would be positive usually from day 11 to 14 after conception. These tests look for the HCG hormone.
There are some early detection tests that would give a result earlier.

A blood HCG test would also give an earlier result.

Since you were active last week , you may have to wait 2 to 3 days before doing the test.
