my height is 5.4, weight 55, no idea for my family members in diabetes i checked laboratory i was checkup by 5 months back that time sugar 300 something so i'm taking tabulate Glanase MF.

You are on good medications for diabetes however you have tested your sugars 5 months ago, I suggest the following for you

1. Approach an endocrinologist with reports of fasting blood sugar, post Prandial blood sugar and hba1c
2. Regular brisk walking for half an hour 5 times per week
3. Avoid sugar, sweets, fruits like banana, mango, sapota and kiwi. Vegetables like beer root and carrot
4. Avoid rice
5. Always wear shoes instead of slippers
6. Follow up with your doctor every two months
