I will answer your second query first.

Why it occurs? - The most common reason for dark circles is stress. This can be due to eyestrain at work, lack of sleep, and odd hours of sleeping, unhealthy lifestyle.

Other reasons are atopy or allergy, hereditary patterns, excessive sun exposure.

How to remove it? - First, you need to get adequate sleep for 6 hours at a stretch at least. You must not strain your eyes much.

-When you use computer for more than three hours at a stretch, you, must take a 20 seconds break after every 20 minutes and look by a distance of 10 feet for these 20 seconds. This avoids excessive strain on the eyes.

- You can use rose-water dipped cotton pads on your eyes to soothen them or even cucumber slices.

- You may want to try the Amyway cream or dark circles. You need to use it for a minimum of 3 weeks to see the difference.

- Most important of all, you must drink plenty of water to keep yourself well hydrated.

Take care.
