Having cough and sore throat. Can I consume herbalife f1 shake, tea and aloe gel?

Hi, good day to you, DR.

May I know whether i still can continue to consume Herbalife F1 Shake, Tea & Aloe Gel now? As I'm having cough and sore thoart now.

Normally,Herbalife F1 shake is prepared by adding 2 scoops of Formula1 with milk.Later Ice is added.So,this has to be avoided now as you are having Cough and sore throat.
Tea and Aloe gel also should be avoided.
Avoid cool drinks.
Mouth gargling and Steam inhalation will help you a lot.

How about just take the Shake, Tea & Aloe in warm water only?

As for shake, can I just blend the shake powder with the warm water only?

You can take shake powder with milk or warm water also.
You can take Shake,Tea & Aloe in warm water.
I dont foresee any problem.
