I have complete blockage of the saliva glands and after five blood tests, two biopsies, both needle and tissue no diagnosis or treatment has been made. Could this problem resolve its self?

Hi,

Thanks for your follow up query.

For this disease, I will suggest the conservative treatment --
Increase your fluid intake.

Use chewgum to stimulate the production of saliva.
Sucking icecubes to help lubricate your mouth.
Regularly use mouth rinse to soothe the mouth and protect it against infection

Use saliva substitute.

And for specific drug such as pilocarpine ,please consult your physician.
If you have any doubt,I will be available for your query.
Wish you good health.
