Hallo dear friend, thanks for writing to XXXXXXX
I am Dr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX I am a specialist orthopedic surgeon
I have studied your case.

How much time you sit on computer?
Carpel tunnel is due to compression on nerve at wrist
There is no relation of your leg pain with carpal tunnel

IS this your first episode or repeatedly having same problem?
Is there any weakness in your lower limb or upper limb?

Your leg pain while bending or climbing may be due to
Spine degenerative changes leading to compression of nerve
Or it can be due to localized knee osteoarthritis
Do you have any sort of pain in your knee?

You need some neurotropics like pregabalin with methylcobalamine, and calcium supplement with vit D for osteoporosis.
Hot or cold fomentation for back.
Avoid lifting weights
Sit with taking support to your back
Continue spine extension exercises
Physiotherapy - SWD, IFT will help.
Do not give much pressure on your wrist, arm or elbow.

You may need X XXXXXXX SPINE, OR MRI SPINE.

Hope this information will help you
Take care
