Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms can be caused by partial bowels obstruction due to large intestine issue like colon cancer. The risk of colon cancer significantly rises over the age of 50, that is why every person older than 50 should have colonoscopy done every ten years.
This condition should be ruled out at first.

Other possible reason of your symptoms are bad diet (low fiber intake, low mineral water intake), thyroid disease (too low dosage of thyroid hormones), medicines (Ca-blockers, antidepressants), chronic bowels infection.
Urinary bladder problems can be caused by constipation and obstruction.

I suggest you to visit your doctor, have blood work, TSH level, urine analysis, and colonoscopy done at first. Please do not wait anymore.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
