Hi XXXXXXX

I take this opportunity to answer on behalf of Dr. Vaishalee as she is traveling at the moment and had no access to internet.

Your query has no information to personalize the answer. I wish you describe the problem in detail.
1) How many times did you see blood after ejaculation?
2) When did it happen the last time?
3) Was it after an intercourse or after masturbation?
4) Did you suffer an injury to the private parts?
5) Are you sure if this blood is not after urination?
6) Do you have signs of fever, body pains?

Sometimes there is blood appearing in the toilet because of anal fissure and hemorrhoids.

Blood after ejaculation is seen when there is an injury to the urethra, prostatic infection.

Waiting for more details.

The urethra is fully filled with blood capillaries and even the slightest rupture of tissue can present with pain and blood. So irritation of the urethra and prostate can lead to blood. Some experts say that infrequent intercourse can irritate the urethra leading to leak from the capillary vessels.

Since it is been quite a long time. I suggest you to wait the next time if you see it is better to get a digital rectal examination as well to check for painful prostrate.

Wait and watch is the best approach by doctors in young men like you with such symptoms.
