Brief Answer:
Hello XXXXX, I shall answer your query in detail:

Detailed Answer:
Hello Puspa,
The brief description about your skin complaints makes me to think that you have got Vitiligo.
It is due to the lack of melanin deposition on your affected areas of skin. The process of melanin production is controlled by the Melanocytes Stimulating Hormone produced by the pituitary gland in the brain. The pituitary is again controlled by the Hypothalamus.
The defect in the processes of melanin production and deposition is a constitutional or genetic problem. It can be cured with Homoeopathy but its treatment necessitates a detailed case taking. A lot of additional information is required to select the curative remedy for you. In Homoeopathy, we do not treat the disease but the person ‘Puspa’. When you are cured, your skin problem will be cured.
In order to select your constitutional remedy, I need an elaborate history.
I can assist you to prepare your case. Herewith I am giving below a sample format in which you can enter your case history. You can expand it to any extent so that I should get detailed information about you. Once I get your case, I will ask for clarifications if required. Finally I will suggest you the remedy to cure you.
Regarding your enquiry regarding the diet, I should say that it is not very important.
Hope you will reply with your complete case at the earliest.
With best wishes,
