Question: I have a sudden severe headache, nausea, eyes hurt,my hands are shaky and a low grade fever. Do I need to go to the ER?

There is a possibility of a severe viral/bacterial infection and an early medical attention and investigation is worthwhile.
You should start tramadol+paracetamol for your comfort as soon as possible and have a review to ER physician.
