Question: i have a something like tiny extra skin on my lower eyelid.

The small extra skin on the lower eyelid could be due to a skin tag or a pterygium. A direct examination is the best way to get it diagnosed. Most of the times such skin tags do not pose any health problems but for cosmetic purposes, it is best to get these removed surgically as a small day care procedure under local anaesthesia.
