This is XXXXXXX and from last 15 days I have severe pain from waist to the legs. Similar to that of muscle cramps. Its as if the veins have contracted. Is it because of gastro problems which i face or some thing else. Neither can i stand for too long or sit down .

Request advise..

Thanks for your query.

The pains you explain could not be due to gastric problems. It could be due to sprains or neurological problems .

I would like to know some more details on your problem to determine the exact cause and advice better.

Did you injury or strain 15 days ago?
Is there any weakness or numbness in the involved parts?
Have you taken any medications for the pain?
Are you on any other medications for long?

Thanks for writing back.

The pain seems to be musculoskelatal in origin.

Need not worry, try taking oral painkiller medications like Diclofenac twice daily for three days.

Also continue warm compressions and rest for two more days.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.
