Question: I have resting BP of 133/97 hr 83. Can ii exercise in a total body workout?

Not with this pressure at this age.

You should control the pressure better:
     Aim for systolic (upper figure) – less than 140 (130 is ideal)
     Diastolic (lower figure) – less than 90 (80 is ideal)
You may up the dose of Lisinopril (up to 20 mg) and/or add a second drug...
Discuss with your cardiologist and get appropriate prescription...
