Question
I have a red ring blotch on the arch of my foot. It starts to go away and then comes back. It does not itch or hurt, but it keeps getting bigger. I don't use a gym shower.

Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing in.
Ive gone through image uploaded.
On first look it appears to be tinea pedis a fungal infection of foot skin.
Although a better close up and clearer picture would be appreciated.
For this you need to apply clotrimazole 1% cream twice daily till it clears.
Keep the area clean and dry.
Use open footwear to allow air to circulate around feet.
Do not walk barefoot outside the house.
Upload some better images and we can carry on the discussion here.
Hope this helps.
I will be available for any further follow up.
