What Causes Lower Right Abdominal And Back Pain?

Question: Have pain in lower right hand side of back. I have pain in my abdomen. Center to right side of abdomen. Woke up with pain at 4AM. Pain continues. Went to the bathroom several times. I have taken antacids. Pain still present

Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

You seem to be having 's possible kidney stone with or without Urinary tract infection.

Get an Xray and ultrasound KUB. Drink 3 teaspoons of Alkaline citrate solution, 3 times a day for 3 days. Drink 2 to 3 litres of water daily. Take Tablet Diclofenac 75mg twice a day for 5 days after meals.
