Hi there, thanks for asking. Night sweats is related to increased sympathetic activity during sleep. It could be because of breathing related sleep problem (especially if you are obese and/or if you snore). You have elevated blood pressure so you have one of the risk factors for this issue. Sometimes it is related to constitutional symptoms that a person may have during a malignancy, but fortunately you do not have weight loss or any other symptoms that makes this issue more likely. If you have please let me know about them. On the other hand, if your medication for thyroid is more than needed, it can cause sweating, too. Let me know about them. I wish you a good health.
