Question: I have a lump directly under calf muscle on inner part of my right leg. Painful to the touch and warm to the touch.

Lump that is painful and warm to touch could be an abscess.

You may need a course of antibiotics if it is just inflammation and abscess has not fully developed yet.

If it is an abscess, it has to be drained.
