Question: i have a quarter size lump on my back of my neck been there for about 2-3 months and i need to know what it is and what can i do for it?

A single lump which is quarter size at the back of the neck is most likely to be a lymph node. If it's not growing in size, not painful and the lumps are not increasing in number then you ignore it. However if you want to know for sure , you could approach a surgeon for an fine needle aspiration to check.
