To fix the abnormal triglyceride levels one has to work at two fronts:
1. Having healthy food.
2. Regular exercise.
One needs to change the food habits to ensure:
1. Intake of vegetables.
2. Reduce intake of saturated fats, mainly of animal origin.
3. Reduction in intake of red meat.
These are just broad guidelines to help you going. It shall take time to act.
