Usually at this age the itching is because of fungal infections
Here are few tips :
Use cotton undergarments
Do not itch a lot it will lead to a cycle of itching episodes
Wash the part with XXXXXXX warm water two to three times a day if lot of perspiration
Keep it dry
Apply antifungal ointment two times a day and take tab cetrizine for itching
