Have Inguinal Lymph Gland, Painful When Pressed. What Is It?

Question: i have inguinal lymph gland and it appeared today when i woke up.
when i press it ....it pains ...
i have searched websites and i think that it is a swallow in lymph gland but
i do not no what is it exactly..
please help.

I have seen your photographs and understand your concern, but before answering I need few details from you;

- Is there history of any local injury or injury on foot?
- Is there any history of unprotected sex recently?
- Is there any discharge from penis?
- Are you having fever or night sweats?
- Have you suffered any weight loss recently?
- Is this swelling warm to touch?
- Does the swelling increase in size with coughing?
- Does the swelling subside on lying down?
- Do you lift heavy weights?

yes.when i was playing football ..because of sliding tackel ..the injury remained one month and after that it was gone.

no. but last night i hand practiced.

- Is there any discharge from penis?
i can't understand this question.

- Are you having fever or night sweats?
no.

- Have you suffered any weight loss recently?
yes..since i don't eat nicely..i only eat at night around 22:00 because of my daily busy schedule.

- Is this swelling warm to touch?
yeah...its feeling soft and when i press it little dipper there is a sweet pain...

-Does the swelling increase in size with coughing?
yes it has increased a little bit.

- Does the swelling subside on lying down?
yes..on lying down it becomes harder and more arosen outwards.

- Do you lift heavy weights?
no much often..but a week ago i did lifted heavy weight ...i mean really heavy.i was feeling that my hand will come out. and i walk really a long distance daily. during morning and evening.

Hello
As a rule when swelling appears suddenly,as in your case,and is painful,as in your case,it is usually caused by an infection.
However you give history of increase in size of swelling during coughing and decrease of size during lying down,it suggests as if it may be inguinal hernia.
You must consult your doctor for the diagnosis as treatment for infection and hernia is different.
Till you consult your doctor,I advise you not to lift heavy weights.

sir a pain in my hip bones has also started which is at the same side where this swalling is.
its pains when i bend ...when i sit ...and it feels that my right leg will stop working.

The pain seems to be muscular and may be it is referred pain from your inguinal swelling.

I encourage you to consult your doctor so that he can physically examine you and advise accordingly.
