Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

These values are definitely high.

A reading of 130 is best for the upper figure (Systolic).
The range is 90 to 140.
140 itself is high normal and needs frequent follow up.

80 will be good for the lower figure (Diastolic).
The range is 60 to 90.
Again 90 is high normal and needs follow up.

You do have mild to moderate elevation of pressure.
Very likely, it was normal last year – they must have seeen during your operation.

Check it again.
Start treatment.
The aim is to prevent long term complications.
See your doctor.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck

Hello

60 to 100 is the range for the pulse.

Below 60 is called slow - Bradycardia

Above 100 is fast - tachycardia.
