Question: I have these hard red knots that come up on my inner thighs, sometimes they have pus or just bloody water that will come out. They are very uncomfortable and take time to go away.

From the description, it looks that you may have enlarged and infected inguinal lymph nodes.
These infected lymph nodes need a course of antibiotic for a week time, so that infection in them can be completely eradicated.
