Have Had Ultrasound Done. What Does Report Indicate?
Bulky uterus with complex mass within cavity. there is a sac measuring 24*17*23mm. There is a heterogenous mass within this area measuring 27*21*27mm. the whole complex area is 45*27*45mm. there is echohenic area noted along the uterine wall suggesting placental tissue with some cyst within the placental tissue. Appearances are uncertain.
After going through the reports, its very clear that there is tissue of embryonic origin in the womb (uterus) without any activity (no heart beat). It s important to consider whether you are experiencing signs of pregnancy (nausea, vomiting, fatigue, frequent urination, abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding or not). There is a very high possibility of a miscarriage or abnormal tissue of embryonic tissue usually called a molar pregnancy.
It is important for you to get serum Beta HCG levels done. This in important in distinguishing a simple miscarriage from a molar pregnancy. Management of a simple miscarriage, but that of a molar pregnancy might be more specific, to avoid certain complications.
Irrespective of the method that shall be used to evacuate the uterus(womb) of its contents, histologic examination of the contents is very important and some genetic analysis. This shall tell us exactly whether it was due to a congenital malformation or whether is a molar pregnancy or not depending on the case. Medical methods with prescription of oxytocics or manual aspiration could be used depending on the clinical evaluation and considerations of your treating physician.
A follow up by an obstetrician - gynecologist would be the ideal thing to do under these circumstances. Thanks and hope this helps. In case you have specific questions, I would be glad addressing them. Wishing you the best and kind regards,

I am afraid what you will really need is to book and appointment with a Gyno, and actually get a complete clinical evaluation. The management protocol shall depend aspects of your past history and physical examination findings of the day.
Hope this helps. wishing you the best of health and kind regards,
